Trust “UZTS” was founded more than 80 years ago. The company’s current success is the result of many years of active work: We implemented a long list of different complexity industrial and public projects; about 5 million square meters of high-quality and cozy residential buildings became our contribution to house construction; 5350 km of new railway lines were built and electrified; more then 40 repair and maintenance plants and depots for rail cars and locomotiveswere built and reconstructed.

Residential-office complex with an underground car-park for 179 places at 20 Bol’shaya Zhitomirskaya St., Kiev. 7-block residential complex with premises for the fitness-centre, bank, chemist's shop, hairdressing saloon, exhibition-office centre, shops and other objects at 13-A Marshal Tymoshenko St., Kiev. Development of 8 residential buildings, bank, kindergarten, shops, library, chemist's shop, tailor’s salon and other objects at Vozdukhoflotskiy Avenue, Kiev. Side-tracks (130 km) with development of stations, construction of residential and personnel-technical blocks in the Northern Kazakhstan during development of virgin lands and long-fallow lands. Main and access railways with electrification were built and reconstructed on Privolzhskaya, Severo-Kavkazskaya and Yugo-Vostochnaya ways, at the same time construction of the personnel-technical blocks and linear buildings (duty centers of the contact network, traction substations, electric locomotive equipment depot was reconstructed, etc.) was completed. Thoroughfare from Moscow to Prague (1200 km) with construction of large-size junctions and stations.

	Health Protection Projects     Gerontology Institute at 32 Manuil’skogo St., Kiev Urology Institute at 9-A Kotsubinskogo St., Kiev Neurosurgery Institute consisting of the central, therapeutic and surgical buildings with a boiler room at 32 Manuil’skogo St., Kiev Road Clinical Hospital #2 (RCH-2) at 9 Vozdukhoflotskiy Avenue, Kiev. The children’s department of Road Clinical Hospital #1 (RCH-1) at 8 Kotsyubinskogo St., Kiev. TLD Polyclinic #3 at 37 Bohdana Khmel’nitskogo St., Radyanskiy district (now Shevchenkovskiy), Kiev. Medical complexes in Vinnitsa and Chernovtsy.

	Agriculture Projects     Greenhouses (area of 10 ha) at Shcherbakova St., Kiev, in the urban settlement Kalinovka (Kiev region). Mironovsky Research Institute of Selection and Wheat Seed-farming with the research and production complex (artificial climate station, laboratory blocks), the urban settlement with all cultural and household facilities, palace of culture (Kiev region). Mushroom growing complex (with productivity of 800 tons of mushrooms per year) in the village of Puscha Voditsa (Kiev region). Access ways to sugar-mills in a series of Ukrainian regions. Fruit and vegetable base (with productivity of 40,000 tons) with automatic regulation of climate in the village of Zhulyany (Kiev region). Poultry farm (with productivity of 42,000 poultry); manufacturing residential area. Pig-breeding complex in the town of Kagarlyk (Kiev region). Agricultural equipment repair complex in the town of Baturin (Chernigov region).

	Work by liquidation     43 km of railway lines were built. 90 km of road were electrified. Decontamination point in Peresadochnaya station (Kiev region).
